Your visit is very important to me because it is reserved time for you. I understand that things happen as we are humans however my time is just as valuable as yours. In the event of a cancellation in a 36 hour window I charge the non-refundable fee for the TOTAL amount of the service you had booked, and cancelled. This amount must be paid prior to requesting another appointment. This amount will NOT go towards any future services you want to book or reschedule.
To respect the time of other clients, I ask you to be on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late for chemical service / 10 minutes late for haircut service will forfeit their appointment and need to pay a cancellation fee to reschedule.
If you fail to attend your appointment without canceling at least 36 hours in advance, you will be charged a no show fee prior to requesting another appointment.
