Your visit is very important to us because it is reserved time for you. We understand that things happen as we are humans however our time is just as valuable as yours. In the event of a cancellation in a 36 hour window we charge the non-refundable fee for the TOTAL amount of the service you had booked, and cancelled. This amount must be paid prior to requesting another appointment. This amount will NOT go towards any future services you want to book or reschedule.
To respect the time of other clients, We ask you to be on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and need to pay a cancellation fee to reschedule.
